The Cliff Hotel near Cardigan in West Wales is an amazing location for a wedding, placed literally on the cliffs above Cardigan Bay it offers incredible coastal views and the perfect backdrop for a wedding. It was a pleasure to be able to capture the wedding celebrations of Ceri and Brendan, beginning with the bridal preparations at a local salon in Cardigan and continuing through the day at the Cliff Hotel until the evening function and first dance.

With such a great coastal location to work with, I always keep an eye on the weather to see what the possibilities are. The day began with overcast skies but the forecast always hinted at better weather breaking through later in the day, sure enough by late afternoon the sun shone and we were able to make full use of the local cove and beach which is only a short walk from the hotel. This allowed a little time with the bride and groom for some wedding portraits in the evening sunshine.
