We, the named above agree to the terms and conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1 Ownership and responsibilities - Photographer (Gareth Jones Photography) and Client(s) agree that Photographer owns all copy, reproduction and publication rights. Client(s) can purchase high resolution copies of all images together with reproduction rights at any time.

2 Payment requirements - To reserve an event date, Photographer requires a booking fee of £250. Photographer will not hold any date open without receipt of a booking fee. The remaining balance must be received no later than 14 working days prior to the event.

3 Cancellation - After 14 days from the date of signing the contract, cancellation by the Client(s) will result in the forfeit of the booking fee of £250. Cancellation by the Client(s) within 90 days of the wedding date will result in payment of 50% of the cost of photography coverage. If Photographer has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control (sickness, injury, death etc.) their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid.

4 Disclaimer - Photographer agrees that every effort will be made to provide high quality photographic services. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic mechanical failure should occur to the Photographer’s equipment or transport and the Photographer is unable to provide the Client(s) with the agreed photography services and / or products, Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid. Photographer has full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. Photographer and Client agree that Photographer is not responsible for any damages, emotional or otherwise.
