Freshwater West is one of many fantastic beaches in West Wales, whilst it is known for being one of the best surfing locations in Wales it is also ideal for some pre wedding photos. With the sun dropping directly behind the bay through the summer months it is perfect for an evening or sunset shoot.

On this occasion I visited Freshwater West with Sian and Jake ahead of their wedding later this month. Meeting up later in the day also meant it was a little easier to find some quieter areas for photos along the beach, taking in the incredible backdrop and dramatic Pembrokeshire coastline. Jake even brought along his fully restored, original 1980 Mini that will be used for the wedding.
